What is the difference between private and communal cremation?

Private (Individual) Cremation means your pet is cremated individually, and their ashes are returned to you.

Communal Cremation means pets are cremated together in a respectful manner, and ashes are not returned.

How do I know I am receiving my pet’s ashes?

With private cremation, we carefully track and identify every pet throughout the entire process to ensure accuracy, dignity, and respect.

How long does the cremation process take?

Turnaround time can vary, but most families receive their pet’s ashes within a week. We will let you know when your pet is ready to return home.

Can you pick up my pet from my home or veterinarian?

Yes. We can coordinate transportation from your home or veterinary clinic to help make this difficult time a little easier for your family.

What should I do when my pet passes away at home?

Please contact us as soon as you are able. We will gently guide you through the next steps and answer any questions you may have.

If needed, place your pet in a cool area and cover them with a blanket until arrangements can be made.

What types of pets do you accept?

We care for pets of many kinds, including dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles, and other companion animals. Please contact us if you have specific questions.

Are paw prints included?

A clay paw print is included with all private cremations. Additional clay impressions or ink paw and nose prints are also available.

Can I personalize my pet’s urn?

Yes. Many of our urns include customizable nameplates, and laser engraving options are also available.

Do you offer grief support resources?

Yes. We provide grief support resources for individuals and families coping with pet loss, including information on grief, guilt, helping children through loss, and support lines.

How much does pet cremation cost?

Pricing depends on your pet’s weight and the type of cremation selected. Please visit our After Care Options page or contact us for detailed pricing information.

Can I contact you with questions before I make a decision?

Absolutely. We understand this can be a difficult and emotional time, and we are always here to answer questions and help guide you without pressure.
